Why can't I track my freaking order, and why is it taking so long to get here. I paid extra so it could get here before christmas.

They are a scam, even if you do get the goods they will of very poor quality nothing like the pictures on the website, put in a ticket telling them you are contacting your bank or credit card provider to claim a refund, they usually respond to that, but it will take weeks
