on 11/15/15So far no refund for me. I opened a complaint with PayPal too. There is no way I'd take store credit. I would never buy anything from them again. I am leaving negative reviews anywhere I can, on Facebook, and on yelp, and any other sites that allow reviews. We need to get the word out that they are a scam company.
I have lost hope of a refund at this point... They don't replay emails or messages. So I have discarded both the item and the money. :(
Like others here, I was told they would refund me, but I was fully prepared to take it up with my credit card company based on the experiences I read about here. About a week after my inquiry, the package actually arrived, so I let them know I got it and that they did not need to refund me. The two tops I ordered were not exactly as they had been pictured on the website, but they were acceptable enough that I decide not to make a further issue of it since the company is so difficult to deal with. I've worn the tops a couple of times - poor quality fabric and workmanship, weird fit. I may do some alterations to make them more wearable. But, after my experience, I will never do business with this company (under any of their names) again.
They gave two options, they would refund my money to their site wallet or I could have them ship the item again. I told them that the first option was silly because I planned on never using them again and the second option was also silly because that was why I was complaining in the first place. I specifically asked to be refunded by PayPal and they did.
I am not counting on it. Everything I get is automated responses.
No contact from a real person and no way to contact a help desk to speak with someone in real time.
Contact your credit card company or bank and dispute your transaction with them.
Said they would give me half store credit. Which is rediculous I wouldn't want anything from them after looking at all the reviews and complaints about them. I am only out $20 so a live and learn for me. Just trying to get the word out that they go under many business names and, are just scammers. They delete all the negative comments on the site and then block anyone from writing more.
I have the same issue... They said they would refund me a partial of the cost, but never received the credit. It's been a month... So, they are liar and they suck!
I actually did get a refund within a couple of days of posting here. I didn't think I had a chance after these reviews. It was very prompt. I still will not order with this company again!
Call pay pal or credit card company and ask them to dispute the sale and they will refund.
I did get a refund and within a couple of days. Still convinced the items were never posted though.
No refunds and I still have yet to receive my jacket that u purchased over 2 months ago! Total fraud company that needs to get sued! Do NOT buy anything from them!
Yes they did refund my money. They were to put it on the credit card I used, but I have not received a statement yet so have no idea to be honest if I have received the refund.
When I posted my review, they were quick to respond by telling me they would refund me using the original method I paid with.

I seen on some of the reviews that they do but it takes about 2 months to get it. I'm still waiting on my items, they did email me and said that it would take up to 2 months or more to receive my stuff. So I'm still waiting. Hope this helps you.
Not so far i cancelled the transaction with my credit card
I've asked four times now for a refund and no response thank goodness I paid through oaypal so I opened a dispute right away! Why a waste of money I actually found three seam holes in one of the dresses took lots of pictures as well.
Said they would, but it would take 2 billing cycles to show up on my cc statement. So I'm still waiting to see if they did in fact refund.
