You should open a ticket. Go to My account/My tickets, choose After-sale Order Enquiries/Order Tracking, enter your order number, write a short message with your problem and it going to be answered within a few days.
I order many times from dresslily and I must say they are a correct team. There are sometimes problems with the package/items but I always could agree with them. Be accurate&patient and open for a compromise and I'm sure that you also can agree with them. Good luck!
They told me when I tried tracking mine an couldn't. They told me I have to pay EXTRA TO TRACT! Sad!
It's being shipped from China... terrible quality. What is shown on their web site is NOT what you receive. There are positive comments about them but I think they are 'plant' comments. IF you ordered you may be able to cancel but they make it difficult.
I always have problems with their tracking numbers too. Maybe it has something to do with the Delivery Service they use. I know a lot of people say they have issues with receiving their products and I notice many bad reviews, all I can say is I have never had an issue with them. I have wrote them a few times about not getting orders in a timely manner and they assure me they sent it and I've always ended up getting it. I won't lie, sometimes it took up to 2 months, but I always get it. But again, I've never been able to use the tracking numbers, either.
You probably will not receive the shipment, if you do it will either not fit you or be the wrong thing or not complete order. These people are rip off's. Stay clear of anymore orders through them or Sammydress, or any of those too good to be true ladies clothes for cheap prices. They all come from same place. BAD NEWS
Really, don't deal with this company- the only way I got a refund was going through PayPal. Demand a refund through your credit card and don't let them manipulate you, which they will. Run run run - hate them!
The only number DressLily gave me was a Ticket # - which is their own internal number - not a tracking number for the US postal service. Our local post office could do nothing with the only number they gave me. The DressLily customer service rep said I would have had to pay extra money when I ordered in order to have a tracking number. I did not pay the extra when I ordered. Live and learn. I have been told DressLily will return a portion of my money since I never received the dress - but that was the best they would offer. I have yet to see the refund, but I was told they'll give me a $9 credit for the $14.07 dress that was "lost" and not trackable because I didn't pay extra for insurance.
I was able to track my order as far as "transferred to China Post for shipment to USA". After that, no one was able to give me information and I was told it was because I didn't pay for expedited shipping. That tracking information was received as of April 14... 11 days after my original order was made. My item was not received until MAY 14th... 42 days after my original order. This company truly SUCKS... especially since when I FINALLY received the item, the size they said was US XL (which I always wear) wouldn't even go over my head and shoulders... it was at LEAST 2-3 sizes too small.
You who? DressLilly? I'm just a reviewer who hates that company... What u need to do is contact them directly and ask for their tracking number.
I am not sure when you placed your order but I was not able to track my order right after I receive the emails from Dress Lily. After about 4 days I was able to track it.
