Contact your credit card or paypal and ask for a refund. Having a tracking number does no good if they don't send the product. I placed an order back in early Nov. 2014 and received a refund in late March 2015 never received anything from them although they kept saying that it was in the mail and to wait patiently. I asked Paypal to open a claim for a refund and DressLily asked me to close the claim in order to refund me. You see you are limited on time from your credit card and Paypal to file a claim and dressLily will drag it out telling you to wait or check the post office just 5 to 10 more days until that time has expired and you are stuck with nothing and no way to get your money back. I believe all the good said about this site is posted by derssLily

Call your credit company and get them to refund you. This place is a scam. I am still waiting for a shipment from August last year.

If you haven't received items but have been charged, call your CC# and report. The best thing that can happen is you get a refund and no clothes because the quality of the clothing is really bad. If anyone says otherwise it's because they are either an employee of the company or they have very low standards for quality clothing.

My first order experience with Dresslily.com: every item I ordered was delivered undamaged and each item was as expected; good quality, very nice
As far as the processing goes, remember: if you choose flat rate for Free Shipping the items ship from China and if you are in another country, as I am in the USA, delivery takes Some Time. The packages have to go through Customs and then to various hubs as they make their way to you via available delivery services ie in the USA - postal service, UPS, FedEx, DHL... in other words, IF the items are in stock expect at Least 18 working days to receive your package
Overall, I am very pleased with Dresslily and will purchase through them again -- This is a re-hash of my Review for Dresslily; I truly had NO Problems with this company

I eventually got my package. About 2 months after I ordered. But going through this business is hellish. I got a torn up dress. Yes it was $15, but a mess. You'll probably get it but the quality will be less than ideal. Hope this helps

I honestly feel that the folks who have ordered from this site and 'love their site' are just planted by the company and are either fake people or employees. It's not fair as this company knows exactly what they are doing wrong and yet, they don't do anything to try and improve. I wish I would have read comments online before I ordered and was disgusted by the clothing and the customer service. I FINALLY got a partial refund theough PAYPAL. They will not give you full refund. Partial, and then you keep the clothes. I donated them to the thrift store.

I "bought" the tracking number/shipping insurance and was still never given a tracking number and they wouldn't answer my questions even after asking them several times... They'd respond, with emails that seemed automated... And they'd ignore my questions. Contact your bank/credit union/credit card company and dispute the charges because you've been scammed.

As the lady told you earlier, at checkout you are given the option to "buy" the tracking number. I've ordered tons of stuff from them, never got the tracking number and always received my items, no problems. I know most people say average time is months before receiving it, but I've never had to wait more than a couple of weeks. Only issue I've had is them "splitting" the order and I'll get some of it and have to wait longer for the rest. BUT, I love their clothes and can't beat the prices! So, I deal with it. You take the good with the inconvenient...! But if you paid and got an email receipt that; payment was accepted, you're fine! Just, like the others said, be prepared to wait a bit, it's worth it though! Hope this helps!

I paid for 7 items. Had a tracking number for all. Only ever received 1 item. Numerous conversations with customer service and lots of empty promises.

This company is definitely fraudulent. Don't use them as you may be one of the unlucky ones who wasted a load of money, like me.

They are a scam.

Hey. :) I ordered many times from dresslily and I've always had a tracking number if you pay for it. It cost about $1 or so when you check out at the end if you don't select the tracking then you won't recive a tracking number. As long as you keep in contact with customer service they have always helped me with no problem. If you get a comformation email saying that you paid for your item you should be fine. It takes about 2 to 3 mouths before I got my stuff. But it was worth the wait. If your waiting longer than that keep in touch with customer service. I hoped that I have answered your question.

Usually they dont send anything without payment. And if you did not buy the tracking service they dont help you at all. Refunds costs more than the item and you dont get a full refund. Do not shop at this place anymore, sure wish they would close down this business.

They seem to bill first, no get no tracking then months from now you will get your product. Mine arrived two months after purchase and smelled musty.
