How come you have pay shipping cost if your page says free shipping worldwide

I want to get a refund for order #ll1705041041450511 every time i try to log in, it kicks me back out. the items i ordered are not true to size!!!!

I made 2 orders back in march and have yet to receive them. i have tried contacting them, but no success. nobody ants to talk, well they will talk to someone if they keep this up. i want my packages and extra for what i'm being put through.......is this a scam??????

Your dresses are marked medium, large, extra large and double extra large. the only size chart i could find lists number sizes for women, making it useless. do you have a size chart that shows how they coordinate?

Why do you have such poor reviews? why customers do not receive their orders?
