Yes. last year i bought a dress from dresslily for $58 and never received it. i contacted them several times and never received a response. this seems to be a problem with a lot of customers. how can i get my money back?

Hi - i just made an order within the hour for two mermaid comforters and am just now reading all the negative reviews. my order number is ll1611291040279533 - i want to give you a chance - and will withhold judgment for a few days until i can see some movement on processing and shipping my order. thanks, k. berg

I cancelled mine immediately after hearing of these reviews from a friend, literally a few minutes after placing the order. Was told I would be refunded within two business days? Why take my money in the first place? Nothing was shipped! It's now the 30th and I'm still waiting for them to return the money to pay pal!
