I ordered a dress a few days ago but they never took me e-mail address as i used facebook, now they are telling me that i do not have an account and can not use facebook to sign in and check my order, would someone be able to help me with this?

When you do not pay for the extra shipping how long did it take your order to arrive. i ordered dec 12th and still nothing just says in transit
