I have ordered also and need to return. Have tried to contact but no response. I hope you did not give any credit card information. I paid through Paypal so they can not get any info about me. Plus Paypal will reimburse me. Hope you get money back.
Don't wait your time; the company is in CHINA and they don't respond. File a claim with the company you used to pay for it. I used PAYPAL, filed a dispute and then when no answer escalated it to a claim when they wouldn't respond. Finally got a refund. We need to put this company (and its sister companies) out of business for this scam. Either you never receive your order (my case) or they send total crap.
