I have not received my item hi, lp1510181428321498 i am still waiting for my sweater. i ordered it on 10/18 and it was supposedly shipped out on 10/22 and it is now 11/18. please advise. i did receive an email on 11/14 stating that i should keep waiting and they were sorry it was taking so long and allow up to 25 days to receive package. i don't know what to do now. do i request a refund? or keep waiting for a $15 sweater? i'm disapointed because i always see your advertisements and when i finally ordered something from you it is not a great experience to say the least. please let me know what is going on. thank you
