I am getting very upset about my order I placed Took my money and never received an email or anything not even an order number order placed middle Feb

Can I get my order redone if you printed the canvas the color of the wall and it covered the faces and clothes of the people on the canvas.
I just placed an order tonight around 7:30pm. I did not get a confirmation email from you. I'm not sure my order went through.
