I purchesed a phone from you guys. However Verizon put several sim cards in it before it would read one. After that the put an s d card in it and it would not read the sim card again. I contacted your company, you instructed me too send it back. I did. U p s tracking says it was delivered today Jan 27 20015. Today i called customer service, was told by a recording that i was #1 in line to speak too a representative. I held on an hour, had to go back to work. Called back 30 minutes later. Held on for 2 and a half hours. Some one hung up from your end called back held on again for 30 minutes before someone
Else hung up. Called right back. Got a message telling me you all was closed for the day. Is that standard procedure
