To Ebayau.com.au staff:

I have written on several occasions in regards to:
1. higher amount charged on credit card than quoted in sale price
2. being charged for 'free postage' as per product purchased
3. late arrival of products as per estimated shipping time 5-7 business days
4. receiving COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER -- I I received 2 pairs of Asics runners which were NOT what I ordered. And they were the also the WRONG size.

To date I have not received any feedback to my email enquiries.
