on 8/10/11Having the charger fall about while in the wall is a serious manufacturer defect and is very dangerous to children. They could be violating some serious laws by selling these things. Good you pointed this out.
I'm glad you mentioned this as I can add that to my case regarding this being a safety hazard, possibly resulting in major injury. Thanks.
Looks like I will be paying tuition to the "school of hard knocks". Today I ordered the $99.99 netbook.
After completing the order, looked at a few reviews of the company... ack! How could I be so stupid? Thanks to all who voiced their negative experiences with eglobalwireless, I have attempted to cancel my order. Eglobal tells me that the order cannot be canceled. No explanation. Paypal says that they cannot cancel payment, as does my credit card company. While $100.00 is precious to me, the principle is greater. Any ideas on what I can do are appreciated. Dammit.
Don't cancel--- its all about the terms. REPORT IT AS FRAUD!
Paypal has a fraud department.
All credit card companies have fraud departments.
You don't want to cancel, or stop payments on...
YOU WANT TO REPORT A SCAM, REPORT A FRAUD CHARGE, company is a fraud!
I am contacting as many people as possible to see who is interested in a class action suit against this company.
Are you interested? Before answering please read my review and comments. Jp

I ordered two netbooks on Nov. 5th for my girls for Christmas. They opened them on Christmas day. They did not work and I had to explain why Santa brought them netbooks that didn't work. I sent them an email on Dec. 28th to get my number for a refund. I received a message today (Dec. 31st) that it was past the 60 day return window - Nov. 5th to Dec. 28th - not 60 days! I have also filed a complaint with BBC.
I Just Received My Laptop But Bad Internet It Want Connect At All
I am interested in a class action suit as well! As Melissa expressed in her comment I also ordered a pink and a green 7" netbook for my two daughters for Christmas and altho they did arrive on Chirstmas Eve a month after I ordered and paid express 2-3 day delivery, I scrambled to find alternate gifts from Santa. I did not give the netbooks to my girls knowing they more than likely would not work. They are complete junk. They were used, the writing on the keys are worn off. To see the disappointment on my daughters face Chirstmas day when she thought santa did not visit durning the night will stick with me for years. I have filed a fraud case with my bank and they have instructed me to mail the netbooks back.
