I'm trying to return a pair but I can't get logged into an account or any help from the help desk email. Any help?

I think the script is wrong. It is a little blurry.
My glasses are to big do not fit the case and box were very damaged and I would like to return and shop for a different pair.
I had to move last min and didn't get them Please send to 1023 2nd Ave Fargo nd 58103
Who did my prescription for my glasses? I can see better with readers then I can these glasses there not right both pair. Are you going to fix them?
