My order arrived on time, and the packaging was excellent. The glasses came in a sturdy, protective case with a cleaning cloth, all carefully packed to ensure they arrived in perfect condition. Glasses are stylish and exactly as advertised. I picked a classic, sleek frame that goes well with everything, and the design is even better in person.

When I go back and look at my order it is right however, when I read the paper that came with my order the numbers are wrong. Not sure what happened but I'd love to give it another shot.

Completely wrong prescription. I'd like a new pair. They took forever to deliver so I was super excited when they finally got here. Now I'm just disappointed, not even close enough to wear they are so strong and even the paper has the wrong numbers on it? Not sure where they got them from.
Loved the look of the frame, but when I received these yesterday the outer wrapper had been torn, the seal on the box had been opened and retaped with clear tape. The box was crushed, the case they were in was also crushed and the glasses were warped. I had waited so long for these and am so disappointed in the condition they were received. I contacted them, was promised a response and still have not heard anything back. We will see what they are planning on doing with the information.

I got my glasses at much lesser here, anywhere else they were more than $200. Though earlier I was not very sure since had not heard about them but once I got my pair of glasses I was simply amazed at the quailty at these prices.
They should add more styles BTW to the $0 collection.
The glasses arrived in a case that looked worn down as if it was two-toned and after trying the glasses on they did not fit properly, the way I would have liked them to and when I put them on it seems as if they want to break because I hear a squeak sound.

Took them forever to make it to me frames are wrong sent me large and was suppose been small frames would i ever refer anyone to them or this site never they totally screwed up my order and now I'm stuck with wrong glasses I can't even wear and took forever and a day to even get them sent to me don't buy from them they need to make my glasses right just not got forever and a day to wait on getting them again took right at a month to receive them when I finally did receive them

Glasses are of poor quality, husband's glasses are extremely loose in the frames.
Took weeks despite paying for expedited shipping. Shipping was not refunded.

I paid for it faster shipping I paid for a transitional lenses I paid for bifocal and my prescription and I got none of the above and I've yet to be reimbursed I got reimbursed $7 for the $13 that I paid to get them mailed to me and they were late I mean it still took me three and a half weeks to get them and they're wrong

I was sent the wrong prescription. The prescription is way too strong and not what I ordered at all. The glasses also took an entire month to recieve. 0/10, do not recommend.

I ordered a pair of glasses and I didn't receive them, I was in treatment in a city 6 hours from home and was sent home before they arrived. I changed my address but the post office is saying they were never forwarded to the local office, leaving me glasses less. I was so excited to try these too. Maybe I'll get to try them another time.
