Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.

Points can be earned by making purchases and writing reviews for purchased items. If points are earned by purchasing an item, they will be applied to your account once the item is shipped. If points are earned by writing a review of a previously purchased item, they will be applied to your account once the review is submitted. Some exceptions may apply.

I know you posted this question over a year ago, but it took a minute to figure it out myself. Just in case someone else has this issue:
When I redeem my points, it appears nothing happens, but then when you add the item to your cart and go to checkout, you will see the credit on the totals. So for example, when I redeem the 2000 points and get the 'free outfit up to 49.99' it will ask if you want to redeem now, I select yes. Then I go and add items to my cart and then when I check out, I will see -49.99 on the totals.
