I ordered a dress a few days ago and wanted to check the status of the order
How long does shipping take? And how long do returns take if the dress doesn't fit? My event is September 3, 2019.
I have read many reviews about how horrible this company is and very afraid to spend hard earned money on a dress to be told no refund if needed. And customer service is horrible and no phone number to contact anyone, I would like to know why as I need dress but i cannot afford to lose money. What are your gaurantees
