I ordered a size 16 because I wear a 12/14 and it said they ran small. I tried fighting them through sending them pictures. It did not work.

You can fight them thru your credit card, that's what I did and it worked. I sent pictures and told them the story. I'm sure you could do the same.

Well, I wear an 8, and ordered a 12 as reviews said that dressed run small. I figured that I could always have it altered down to size. The 12 was so tight around the arms that I could not get the dress on. They wouldn't let me return it, asked for pictures of the issue as they stated I made a mistake. My sister had the same problem, and after sending them. Pictures, they refused to refund. Period. $150 down the drain, as the top was beaded and we couldn't alter the arm holes. I found a dress at Macy's instead. Perfect! Horrible ci, and since they're in china, they contact u on their business hours. I think the reviews on their website are fake. So be careful.and know that u wi not get a refund.
