I placed an order, payed with zelle, but my payment was denied. I've tried creating tickets but I get no response. Is there anyway to fix my order?

Hi, I put in an order about 3 weeks ago, I put a ticket in last night and have no received a response. I hope I'm not getting scammed!
Ok so my order ID is #F3640390 and I placed my order 28 days ago and the status remains "IN PROGRESS" just want to know if it's on the way or not.
