why does my payment status say pending after paying with zelle, the money has been taken

Hi, payment pending means you didn't follow the instructions. You need to UPLOAD your payment details so we can process your order.

Hi, I put in an order about 3 weeks ago, I put a ticket in last night and have no received a response. I hope I'm not getting scammed!
Ok so my order ID is #F3640390 and I placed my order 28 days ago and the status remains "IN PROGRESS" just want to know if it's on the way or not.
