How will I know when I go to a theater if the seats I picked were already "reserved" by someone else? I don't want to go to the movies to find out someone else who comes in at the last minute is going to take the seats out from under me that I arrived a half hour early to choose.

Its just like buying tickets at the window. You don't have a "specific" seat reserved. They have X amount of seats available. If you are looking for a certain seat, certain row just get there early

Hi Darlene
Sorry wish I could help, I never got that far with my ticket. My problem was that I didn't realize the ticket had to be used within two hours after they are ordered.
You might want to call the theater and ask them how fandango works as far as that's concerned.
I decided to take the loss and not use anymore of the tickets I was given.
Good luck

I agree with Marge, its hit or miss. Get there early if its going to be a packed house and take your confirmation on paper or phone right up to the customer service desk.

When you reserve a seat its a signed contract only one person can be assigned a seat at one time. So if someone is sitting in your seat they probably made a mistake

I assume that the theater will sell tickets only for the number of seats in the room. If you arrive late or on time, you will have to find a seat that is empty. I would not trust Fandango for anything.
