You should receive an email. It should be the day u booked. I believe they say 24 hours but I would call to ask.
They said 48 hours. That didn't happen. I got something nearly 3 weeks later. You should block the charge on your credit card & deal directly through an airline.
Same thing happened to us! We told momondo about it and they put pressure on them which resulted is a refund from faregeek!
You should recieve the email with in the same day.
They didn't charge my card at all if that's what you're looking for. They sent a confirmation e-mail a few days after I selected the flight and entered my payment information. They waited to charge my card until right before the flight when at which point the cost of the flight had changed considerably. They then cancelled my ticket and sent me a message saying that they had attempted to contact me by phone, which they didn't - our phone messaging system keeps track of every call placed to our home number and we received no calls from numbers we didn't recognize. They will then attempt to sell you a ticket for a much higher price if you try to get in contact with them. My advice, go to a reputable seller or through an airline.
