What is their business license #? how do they sleep with themselves? they cause so much distress and trauma to innocent people on an on-going basis! they ruined the last chance i ever was going to get to spend with my mother before she died! instead of spending the day with her, i was on the phone and internet all night and until 9:15pm the following day trying to get my travel straightened out. they stole my money and did not answer their phone or emails i sent. i was on hold to their company over four hours before i ran out of minutes on my cell phone and got disconnected. i ended up having to pay an additional $379 to buy a ticket to get me on one lag of my trip home. i purchased a ticket from fare geeks to get from mt to hilo, hi. they sent me a ticket from mt to co then from la to hilo, but no ticket to get from co to la! i would have been stuck in co if i had waited until i got to the airport to check-in! thank god i tried to go online to pay for my luggage and choose my seats or i wouldn't have known they didn't give me a ticket to get from co to la! i paid more for the ticket from co to la than i would have paid for a full price ticket from the airlines to get from mt to hilo! not to mention the $300 i paid fare geeks initially! they stole time i could have spent with my dying mother that i will never get back! i don't know how they are legally doing business in the u.s.! they should be imprisoned... all of them!

When we book a trip to portugal with sata intern. through faregeek does it include checked in baggage? this is the second time i'm asking with no answer

It depends on the airline not on fare geek, but don't book with this company if you can manage not to. They are literally liars, and I hope I don't run into Yu's problem because I just cancelled my flight with them.

I've booked a flight from sfo to sal on dec 8th, i got an email with a confirmation number however the e-ticket was not generated. i've called your cst service number and they told me that it will be arriving later today. still no e-ticket in my mailbox. do i have to worry?

I have called/emailed numerous times, spent 7+hrs on hold wasting all my minutes on cell phone. They do NOT answer or reply to emails. TOTAL rip-off! They screwed my entire trip home up and I didn't get to spend the last day in Missoula with my dying mother as planned. Instead, I was up ALL night and ALL next day on phone crying to airline and credit card co., trying to get a connecting flight from Denver to LAX so I could get home. It cost me an extra $388 + hotel + cab + 24hrs before I got home! They STILL won't reply to my emails! I hope their families all suffer horribly!
