on 6/19/13I have called/emailed numerous times, spent 7+hrs on hold wasting all my minutes on cell phone. They do NOT answer or reply to emails. TOTAL rip-off! They screwed my entire trip home up and I didn't get to spend the last day in Missoula with my dying mother as planned. Instead, I was up ALL night and ALL next day on phone crying to airline and credit card co., trying to get a connecting flight from Denver to LAX so I could get home. It cost me an extra $388 + hotel + cab + 24hrs before I got home! They STILL won't reply to my emails! I hope their families all suffer horribly!
I book a international flight ticket on this website. But I don't have US or Canada credit card. They e-mail me that they don't accept international credit card. They have cancelled it. I am afraid they will still take off the money from my credit card.
How long from time of booking did it take them to process credit card informartion? I received an email confriming booking, however I still have not been charged.

According to what some people say... they do save money, but the customer service is terrible. Like changing their flight without mentioning anything, or charging to the wrong person, etc. Others say they save money and everything went smoothly. So apparently, you do save money either way, but its hit or miss with customer service depending on what person you get.
