I am trying to send back three items that I have purchased from your online store. They are poor quality with the threading hanging out everywhere. I have went on your website to return and it wont allow me to get my exchange request in. I spent over 300 in one transaction and some of the items are falling apart. I really want my money back for these items and I don't feel that it is right for me to have to pay for shipping when I trusted your company to provide me with good quality merchandise. How do I get my money back?
