Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet.

The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful.

It is always good practice to read the reviews on a company before ordering online from unfamiliar sites. I placed an order back in August. I returned the items the day after I received them. I am still disputing a refund. I am being told that the refund was process but I have not seen appear on my account. I do believe that ordering from this company is a risk. They will take your money, but give you a difficult time if you request a refund. Please do not pay attention to the few positive reviews you see. Many of these companies do buy reviews to make them look good. Beware! All the best with your order.

Fashionmia is a big scam! What you get is not what you see on their website. The material is $#*! poorest quality ever! I ordered 7 items I only got 6 nearly one month after
I still haven't receive the refund for the item all this is been going on for almost more than 1 months now.

The clothes are crap. FashionMia is full of crap. Was so dumb that I ordered 18 items on 12/01/2015... have only received 3 item so far. I have been disputing it with PayPal and the only thing I will accept is 100% refund. They want you to wait so long you forget or lose interest and then when or IF you get something, it's made out of toilet paper, is faded, looks homemade, and just poor quality. My advice cancel it now before it's too late or continue to gamble

Terrible terrible site and that's just another way of conning you using the Chinese New year. That should be stated in advance of any sale. The clothes are dreadful. Cheap and shoddy and poorly made. You do well to cancel your order as they have not sent them. I got them by email and on Facebook. State clearly your order number. These are gangsters with different names on loads of sites. Probably paying pittance to their employ ees. Cancel the transaction with your card company or if PayPal through them. They are notoriously bad and well known to be so

No, you do not understand. "Running small" implies that they are just a smaller size than you expected. These clothes are NOT ANYBODY'S size. They are wildly disproportionate and nothing like you thought you were ordering.
I, too, thought I had it covered by ordering a much larger size than usual. What I received were two jackets which fit into the same envelope and which I could not even get my arm into. I have normal size arms. Forget about actually putting them on.
They take weeks and they count on customers being unwilling to pay shipping costs to ship it back to China. The best thing you can do is cancel every thing.

I disputed my charge thru paypal an got my money back within 10 days. I still got the product an it was nothing like it looked in the picture so I sent it all back cuz I had already received my refund. But u have to watch ordering from them they really are a scam that's the reason ur getting 4 of the same shirt when u wanted 1.

I worked with them and waited 2 months for a solution or refund on a mistake they made and tried to blame me for. I just finally filed a dispute/chargeback with my credit card company who was very understanding.

Hi Diane. All I can address is delivery time. I placed an order with them on November 27 / 2015, the advertisement Fashion Mia had placed on there web page said o oh two days left for Christmas delivery. I placed my $271 order and didn't receive a thing to put under the tree for my family I started receiving my order mid to end January and they came one item at a time. It is now almost mid February and they still owe me several items.

If you read my review you would see that the same thing almost happened to me and I think their shopping cart does this on purpose. If you accidently chosed 2 items and changed it back to 1, their shopping cart will change the number of items but still charge you for 2 items. This is easy to miss if you ordered multiple items. Also, I 've noticed a glitch where the number of your items is easily bumped up when you click on them. I would tell a manager that their programmers need to fix this issue, report this to the BBB, and cancel your order. It is a bear trying to work with these people via email and their quality is shoddy.

Totally cancell your order. It's not worth the headache or heartach. You won't get your money refunded otherwise... still may not but at least if it's cancelled your bank can help. I used PayPal and they are TRYING to help but so far... I can't get a refund. Stay away from Fashion Mia they are a rip off!

I ordered my clothes in December I got it over a month later. I am still disputing the defective clothes I received and it is February. I spent over 138.00 dollars and I received 6 out of 9 defective items. I never received the 10th item, but they took the money and never got a credit for it. A month later I am still disputing my money back. They don't understand that the clothes are defective. They offer me 10 dollars of whole 138 that I spent. I am still waiting. I will keep you posted.

Hi Diane. Yep, Chinese New Year. This will make things worse. If u used paypal you should get your money back by putting in a claim. Because of the huge delay you may b able 2 cancel your order as unreasonable delay not notified. If by card contact for same reason ASAP. Complain loudly and get on their Facebook page as they hate bad pub. My clothes were Very poor quality with no label and probably made by slave labour kids. What reputable company wouldn't want to mark their product? Clothes r made to order so it may be up 2 three months b4 u get anything and U have to pay 2 post back. No washing instructions neither. Wash Cold or 30 deg... Best Cancel and go elsewhere is my advice. Good luck, dee

They say if the order was not shipped, then you can have your money back.
But as they are dishonest company, they can say that they have shopped already, and then they will ask you to ship items back at your exigences as they don't refund shipment costs. Postage will be more expensive than the item, and they know this. I have a full bag of their faulty cloths which I cannot even sell on eBay as the sizes are not existing: as shoulders size 10, and hips 14... They refunded me 50% of cloths cost but did not refund shipment.
So I lost about 75% of money I paid.

I think the best options for you would be just to sell unwanted on eBay. Your buyer will pay postage.

Yes, this is very frustrating.

I only received a response after posting on Sitejabber. Fashionmia replied and within 1 week I received all but one item; one week later I received the last item. But this was after three weeks of waiting. The sizing is completely off; pattern making is off, some of the fabrics are poor quality. It would be best to call your bank and cancel now. Not worth the wait or aggravation.

The issue with the top (ladylike round neck lace shirt in black), is that is 5 inches smaller around the bust area and of course all over the top. Its fabric or material doesn't portrait what their website fashionMia exhibits. Plus altogether looks like a piece you buy in big quantities and pay cents from a cheap Chinese website. Just Horrible experience. Moreover, the two reviews I wrote never appeared on their website. I'm sure the good ones they have are fake.
I have only received 2 items of the 8th I oredered. I emailed them twice plus now my access is denied when I want to login into my account.

Cancel and get your money back. The clothing are worse quality than stuff you get cheaper at a dollar or 99c store. Don't waste your time and effort. Cancel through your credit card company or Paypal. Don't waste time trying to contact these people. By the way, any good reviews you see on these people are paid for. This company offers refunds and vouchers in return for good reviews - don't believe them..

My goal in life is to be positive, however it has been hard with this company!
I ordered a XL coat. It took 4 months to get to me!. When opening the box I was so excited but my smile turned upside down very quickly. In a nutshell it fits my daughter! And she loves it. However I will never buy from them again and don't suggest for others either unless your a size 0.

Quality is horrible, I ordered an XL in a top and blazers and when the arrived after all I went through (read my story) they are labeled XL and my friend who is a small couldn't fit into it. Also I never got the money back for the items I cancelled. Stay away!

It took them 30days to get my order delivered. These clothes are of very poor quality, something that could have been cotton or a different material as seen in the pictures were all made of poor quality jersey Nd nylon materials-very annoying. The sizes run TOO small. Due to the info I gathered on other reviews, I did not bother to return the order now cancel it because it's not likely i get a refund. It's a lesson learnt for me and I will never ever shop online with fashionmia; as they only lure people into deceit with all those pictures..

They will only give you a discount, say $5 if you keep the product. Their products are the worst quality ever. I do not think you will get your money back either ways. Because in my case they didn't give my money back over an $84 purchase that i returned the following day i received it. They told me to give it to my sister which i told them i do not have a sister and they said then i should give to a friend! Awful! I insisted on returning it and the lady offered a $5 discount in place of an $84 product i will never wear. But i returned it and finally loose all together. You will waste your time for nothing just accept that as a mistake and move forward, because you will stressed up yourself for nothing

Yes I did get resolution but it took tenacity. You gotta have patience and maintain all items you send them because they will say they didn't get it.

I agree with Karen above. I am going to fine a young, tiny, pre-teen to give my hoodie too - I don't have the time to deal with shipping back.

I did finally receive a partial order. Way too small. Child sizes. I filed a claim with Paypal and received a full refund. Not with the hassle. Do not order! Thank you PayPal!
