I order in December 7th and my order still showing processing. I contact the merchant and had a message telling me that they received to many orders and for the moment 4 of my items are ready, which seems to be the same answer that most of the clients are receiving. After that, no other new or answer to my question. I`m working for a bank, I thing that I will contact our merchant dispute service to advise them about what seems to be a scam as per they are not delivering the service clients are paying for and we can`t cancel the order without a fee after 24h which is too short to realize that your order will not be sent. Is that the only solution do you think? Also, did you fing the telephone to reach them as per the answer provide by the compagny is a lie: no tel# is available on the contact page.
