When I'm so satisfied with a product ordered online, I always leave a review. It's my way of saying "thank you" for: a great service and a awesome white dress! Fashionmia.com is reliable and the shipment arrived faster then expected, in only 3 days I was expecting 6 days (I'm in holidays in Malaysia and got it delivered to my friend's home)! Tracking number /AWB was provided. Packed well.My new dress is just gorgeous and elegant exactly as described. Quality material, feels soft on skin and the size is right! I guess you've earned my trust and I will return for more shopping soon. I just love your site and the fancy designs of your dresses. Another aspect is the price: I've received a 50% discount which makes this stylish dress not only affordable but very very cheap.

The dresses were garbage, very poor material and workmanship.
Sizes was all wrong, bought XL size but the actual thing is more like small.
Looked nothing like the photos on the website.
Wanted me to pay for the expensive shipping in order to return the goods for refund, or instead offered us store credit less than the value of the purchase.
This is the same as refusing to refund, whereas a good online store would have provided either a full refund or a prepaid postage to return the goods, especially when the goods are clearly faulty.
Awful customer experience, no one should ever buy from them again.

I purchased three items. So far after at over 6 weeks I have only received one of the three items and I am sorely disappointed. The picture on the web shows it being lined with a grey fleece. The actual product has no interior lining. It's just the reverse side of the fabric which looks terrible! Additionally, there are so many conditions on the returns that I doubt I will get my money back. I'm advising anyone I know not to purchase from this site!

They shipped the wrong size, one item had a broken zipper, many items was not received, no return packaging info, or address to send back to. They make it very difficult to return an item. Please stay away from this site. The pictures of the dresses are beautiful, but what you finally received is nothing like the picture.

I placed an order on January 2018 in FashionMia website and I received the partial shipment on march. There are still some items missing. I've been trying to contact customer service several times but no reply to the emails and no return phone calls. I want my refund at least. After my experience I would warn people not to order from FashionMia. They are cheating

First of all, I must thank to fashionmia.com for your great support along with your fast Response. When I found fashionmia.com, I was happy since they have wide varieties of clothing, and a great deal to choose from. I have so far, arranged three dresses (love their dresses). I like that some of their stuff seems unique. My arrangement always is dependent upon the time that I anticipate it to come they specify, and I am happy with that. So far, I don't have any problem with the inside, and no complaints. I give them props for being an international online store that's doing a great job; I typically hear a lot of complaints about online shops etc. My experience has been great so far and they also possess a very professional and helpful customer support group, which I appreciate. This one of my favorite places online to shop.

I bought two items at the same time from Instagram and the quality is beyond a joke. I took pictures, sent a video of what was clearly false advertising. The items took 5 weeks to come and then when I tried to send back on the day I received and was appalled they have refused. Products are cheaper than you would find down a market you have been warned!

I placed an order 18 March 2018. Each item was available in size & color. I thought great! FashionMia got my money immediately, but still no items nearly a month later on 11 April 2018. I have called several times, and sent emails to customer service, and received NO Responses. Their tracking doesn't work either. I had ordered items in plenty of time for Easter -- very disappointed to say the least.

My order was 3 months late.
When it finally arrived clothes were all too small.
Not one piece was wearable.
24/7 customer service? A big big joke.
Someone out there is laughing at me.
I sent numerous emails.
Finally, I escalated my complaint to the legal offices.
No one called me back.
However, they did send info about shipping.
I'm so disgusted by this company, I think they are paying people to advertise their products.
I do a great deal of online shopping and without a doubt, have never experienced anything like this.
What a scam.

I have bought a lot of clothes from Fashion Mia, their prices are cheap for most items, the quality and range is very good, good fabric, free delivery, Easy returns. They are my favourite online shopping store.

Their cloths are pretty but customer service is terrible. It took me more than 6 months and complaining to receive part of my order but never received everything I paid for. Don't buy from them again.

Why can't I get refund? I have been trying since June 28,2017. Dress was the poorest quality and paid shipping charges to receive & return. Send email daily for update but no refund yet. Hard to believe this is not a SCAM!

Just Got an email that they're out of stock for some item that's already been paid for 4 months ago. And I will be receiving 0 dollar refund!

I ordered 6 items and received 5, within three months period. They looked nothing like what was portrayed on their website. Now I am forever scared to ever order online again. Non-professional service and seem products...

Ordered an item 30 days ago, my first suspicion was the shipping status in the order confirmation didn't work... then - after 2 weeks we tried emailing - still no response. There is no customer service number that I can find to call listed anywhere... Spent over 100 dollars, probably gone for good. BEWARE this site!

2-5 business day shipping is promised; my order was placed almost two weeks ago and still has not shipped. Haven't been able to reach customer service that is promised to be available 24/7 in 3 days now. Never shopping there again!

Finally received my order but guess what the coats I purchased would fit a 5 year old. You FashionMia Scammers use false advertising and your product sucks. The word will get out. Take your crap back to China and keep your hands off our hard earned US Dollars.

At least they should have the decency to refund our monies if they can't deliver. Seemingly they have a standard response of "check your email" on this site yet when you send emails enquiring about your order they don't even respond. The last email from them was informing me that they've sent 1 dress. My $331 could have been used elsewhere and why say my order will reach me in 3 to 5 working days, it's annoying. I'll give them one thing though, that they are very good with their marketing on their website.

For two months this guys were verifying shipping address, confirming items, buying materials, hiring personal, enjoying holidays, taking their time, losing my order and finally they sent one item, other size. Make you a favor: don't put your money in this crazy machine. You will only get headaches.

AWFUL! It's taken 1 month just to find my merchandise on USPS tracking. Still have not received anything. After reading the reviews I'm scared to see how bad the clothes are! I guess you get what you paid for. Horrible company!

They will take your money but won't send you the clothes. 4 month and I am still waiting. They are also known by other names on Facebook (that is TB dress) so be aware of those as well. I wish I read these reviews before.

Cute dresses, terrible service. Slow filling of orders, delay, delay. The 24 hour phone line gets you to leave a message. "Mandy" must be the only "person" who answers emails. Refunds are supposedly posted to your credit card but don't appear. .

Ordered and received item which was appalling quality. Tried to return it but they just keep making excuses. Paypal no use either - pity they support a scam company. Don't be tempted to buy on any account. I have found out from Trust Pilot that they are tempting people with cash backs to leave a good review! Says it all really.
