Why do you NOT respond to customer's emails / messages at all? Even when it's stating urgent, i. E. changing size before it's processed (or will it ever be processed)?

To all potential Fashionmia customers - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It may not be a scam but it has taken the best part of 3 months to receive a part order and receive a full refund for the items received, which were obviously sized for the people from Lilliput! It cost £40 to return the items to China... still waiting for them to collect
If you're still not convinced, set up a PAYPAL account - it if wasn't for them I'd still be waiting for my full refund.
