Yeah, placed an order of 3 dresses on Jan 4 2016. Month later get one dress, 2 months later another dress. Still no 3rd dress. The 2 dresses are ugly and poor made, What can I do to them?

Scammed business.
Chinese people owned, they alway doing business like this. They are Garbage!
