I paid for 2 day shipping, and it took almost 5 weeks before I received anything, and I still haven't gotten all of it 4 months later.

I ordered a coat yesterday in xxl and now am worried it won't fit. i wear a american size 18 and so went one size up but this person kathy s says it is 3 sizes smaller in dresses someone else said the coat was too small and it is hard to return and expensive. i am concerned that i should change the size ordered. my name is tessa a. the coat was a beautiful blue wool double pleated with a hood. Betta change it right away Tessa, dont be like one of us. Jackets n top good for nothing. Ou cant ship them back cost is too high.

Answer:

Janet size mentioned as per chart is also small. Probably problem with their measuring tape... U actually will hav to order 3size up to fit in it., moreover quality is terrible. All the jackets are kind of summer jacket. Dresses look cheap not as what they appear in pictures.
