The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details. Second: as for the quality problem, There is strict quality assurance before each product is packed and shipped. If the items came with defection or bad quality, or is not as advertised on the website, please send me a few photos to service@fashionmia.com with your order number, we would surely help you with your problem. Maybe our products are not in good quality as something worth thousands of dollars, we are still struggling to sell good products cheap. Third, for the logistics, Shipping time depends on shipping method and the place you live in. And also some products are in our warehouse, we can ship them within 48 hours; however, some are not, and we need to work on the supply. Then it will take longer time. Please understand.
