The address on their site is not correct. I also returned an item a long time ago that is still sitting in the dead zone post office marked as undeliverable. But I hounded them so much they had no choice but to refund my money. Keep checking the tracking number that you got from the post office. Start a ticket on their site to really request more information about it. Hound them like crazy.
The only way you can return the items is to pay for shipping back to China yourself. Here is the answer Fashion Mia gave me when I asked how to return items, "According to our return & exchange policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging.If you want to send the items back to exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself. Could you please contact with your local post office and ask about how much the shipping fee will cost? If it is expensive, I'd suggest you not send the items back, then i can give you some coupon as compensation of the size problem, you can use coupon to buy other item in our store." Now why would anyone in their right mind want a "coupon" to get another item that won't fit, is very poor quality and cannot be worn? When I emailed their "Dispute" center asking for my money back, they didn't reply... still waiting... still waiting...
