I ordered 2 coats from fashion mia, which i received, the size ordered were xxl, upon receipt of the items i found that i could not fit my arm in the sleeves much less wear either of the coats! how do i request a refund and return the goods?

Why do u advertise and sell items that are of no comparison to their description. why would u say a dress is made of chiffon and lace, when in actual fact it is made of viscose and net curtain. you are advertising classy, well made clothes and dispatching cheap, tacky, badly made items. that defines you as fraudulent sellers.
