I would like to confirm that my order was placed today. My order number was 6218467.
I was trying to place an order by midnight to take advantage of the fall sale pricing. However, the online process put me in a registration loop.
I need information on your rebate and how your quotes are itemized. You have rebate offer ending today, but can't find the details of the rebate.
Before I enter a review I would like to give you a chance to make right a give me the rebate i am entitled to. I have been contacting you via email fastfloors/rebate with no response. I was happy with my dealings with you as far as price quality and shipping but not giving a rebate that I am entitled to is a deal breaker. Order # 192963A
I cuurently see Sepco solid 2 1/4 in unfinished wood at 1 cent per sq ft with a high shipping cost. Those numbers can't be correct can they?
