Hello, I have a bill from fedex for customs duty, canada GST, B. C. PST and a advancement fee. They say the are collecting on my behalf.

Why do u all lie so much say a package will be delivered on a certain day and then turn around and charge the customer more money. It's bs.
Why is it u all can charge customers over and over for the same thing raping them of all their money and still not deliver the package as promised.
