I ordered a glass shield for a propane heater. It was damaged in transit and never delivered. Emails and calls to fix.com were completely ignored. Refund or replacement request completely ignored. Support call line goes directly to recording 100% of the time. $35 lost. They are thieves.

Found exactly the part I needed - a tiny $3 part to fix a $300 Italian coffee maker! Perfect match and it arrived much sooner than I expected. Shipping was reasonably priced compared with other businesses. The Fix.com website is very professional too. Coffee maker is good as new now! I'll be back I'm sure.

Find the right video on UTube, order the part from Fix.com and watch the video again and you're done.Saved a ton!

I ordered a part, not terribly complicated or large, and "if I ordered in the next 2 hours it'd ship today!" - well, that was a lie. I ordered it on Monday, and while the part had a shipping label created 6.5 hours alter, FedEx didn't get it until 6p the following day - 30.5 hours later. That's not "today" by anyone's wildest imagination except fix.com management who found a way to create urgency and sucker good people.

I paid for 2-3 business day shipping. Another lie.

Here it is the following Monday and I still don't have the item. It seems to have been shipped ground. There is a cheaper option "Econo Ship" that appears to be how they've actually shipped my item. Or might as well have.

It bounced around Rocky Mountain states and is currently holed up in UT.

Tracking shows:
Mon Mar 18th 18:52 printed shipping label
Tue Mar 19th 18:13 picked up by FedEx in Irving TX
I'll skip the blow by blow, but it went to another TX location, then CO, WY, UT, and another UT location. It seems my payment for 2-3 days shipping was another lie.

The part might be correct, but do NOT waste your time on extra shipping. Heck, don't waste your time with fix.com if you need a part sooner. Get it somewhere else that doesn't lie to you with ease.

Also, for all I know, the part I ordered is perfect. Or maybe the wrong part entirely. Who knows - I don't have it a week + 2.5 hours later after ordering asap and paying for 2-3 shipping.

Tip for consumers:
Whatever they have to say about shipping, consider it a lie. Or well meaning but incompetent. Or whatever - the words they use haven't matched the actions I've seen so far. Actions > words.

I placed an order over a month ago and my credit card was charged on the day I placed the order. I have not received any status updates since then. I emailed their customer service a week ago and received no response. I called their customer service phone number, but there are never any representatives available to take a call.

Have an old Worx blower that I dropped and the on/off switch broke. Searched the internet only to find Worx not only had discontinued making the blower and any replacement parts. Luckily, I happened upon Fix.com and they were the only.com to have the part. I ordered the part and it arrived seven days later. It worked perfectly! You can bet I'll check Fix.com first when searching for hard to find parts.

Site not good at all order something and two weeks passed by and my stuff was never shipped order on the 5th of Jan and they said it will ship on the 29th of Jan like wth the web site said 3 to 5 days shipping its a lie

These guys are great! I have ordered several parts to repair the tools I use to make my living; other sites state between 2-6 weeks for shipping, and that's about right... fix.com has delivered in well under a week and sends status updates so I can plan accordingly when my tool will be back in service; great prices, selection, and fast shipping? Hell yeah I'll go here for my parts! Downtime gets expensive quickly, and fix.com gets me up and running faster than anyone else.

just wish I had found this site sooner...

Update: The part came in a reasonable amount of time so moving this up to 3 stars. Still unacceptable that there is no customer service at all with this company. You just order your part and hope everything works out. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.
I ordered a part and it supposedly shipped immediately. When I check the tracking it only shows that the shipping label has been created. It has been this way for days. I reached out to get clarification and no one seems to care to even respond. Even their 800 number has a voice recording just telling you to go to their website. The biggest issue is that I have no way of cancelling online because it has supposedly shipped. My guess is that someone printed a label but my part is still sitting in their warehouse somewhere. They gladly take my money, but can't be bothered to tell me what is going on.

I ordered a fragile replacement part from fix.com and it arrived in an envelope with no protective packaging. It was smashed in on one side and the part was unusable. I called customer service several times and after a couple of rings an automated message says there are no associates available and it hangs up. I emailed them pictures of the damaged part and after two months still have not received a response. Fix.com is not a reliable site for online purchases and I won't be ordering from them again.

Quick shipping. Fit perfect. But considering its only a peal and stick, 10$ seems excessive. I need a switch for a different sander and will try this site again. Took 8 days from purchase to receive. Not bad

Mailed panel to them, fix.com kept me informed by E-mail as the repair process took place. Mail back and everything works as it should! Extended the life of a wall oven!

I am a DIYer and as such have on occasion ordered parts for my appliances and equipment both by phone and over the web. I know that stuff happens so when my package arrived and one part for my clothes dryer was broken I immediately call Fix.com expecting to be down another 3-4 days (Thurs afternoon so two business days makes it Mon. At best). With typical Canadian friendliness the woman I spoke with not only replaced the broken part (this time it was better protected) but expedited the shipping so I had the part the next day. Thank you!

Perfect fit. I could not find it any where else I had to search not knowing the exact model. But all 4 models took the same harness. Price was fair even though I had to pay 9$ shipping. Overall very efficient and appreciated transaction. I will use them fix.com for appliances and other things. Sorry I have no pictures

I was looking for a replacement key to the 5/8" Jacobs chuck on my Delta drill press. The key fits both 1/2" & 5/8" chucks as stated, and it arrived much more quickly than anticipated. Quality is excellent, and I will continue to purchase parts from this organization!

I upgraded my iMac 1TB Fusion drive to a 2 TB SSD drive. The kit from Fix.com was very complete. I was a bit trepidatious about removing the glass front, but it was pretty straight-forward. The most difficult part of the process was removing the old glass adhesive. This upgrade made a huge difference in the performance of my iMac. Boots in a fraction of the time it used to take. Would highly recommend this upgrade if your older iMac has started to bog down. Should be able to get a couple more years out of this machine.

Recently our washer stopped draining. Fix.com had everything we needed for the repair. From troubleshooting, to determining which parts were needed, and the helpful tutorial videos provided on the website, literally every step was provided and with organised search results. Upon search of parts needed, an extensive list of compatible machines was provided. All it took was checking our machine's serial number to match. Really just blown away by how helpful the site is, not to mention the speedy delivery. We got our parts in one day.

Tip for consumers:
The site is an amazing resource for any DIY repair needs. I wouldn’t even consider it DIY, aside from having to do the work yourself, because Fix provides all of the information you will need to do the job.

The motor fit perfectly, it's a swing mount design and I could only find it here, but it's pricey to say the least, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I just did not want to throw out the whole compressor and get a new one. The motor works great and seems to be of good quality and I like the fact that it was made in Mexico, not China. The packaging, a cardboard box with the motor wrapped in plastic film, was in bad shape when it arrived, however, the motor was fine. They should protect this expensive motor a lot better really.

Ordered a special order item about 2 months ago. Needed it right away. Never came and no communication from Fix. Com. Contacted via Paypal. Said still wanted it. No communication still. They finally issued a refund via PayPal. I ordered from PartsDirect in under 10 minutes & interested to see how long it takes.
Don't expect to order anything else thru Fix.com- don't have time to chase rabbits!

Found this website to fix our dishwasher. The website is well organized, Every thing was listed easy to understand, delivered early, recommend for everyone that needs home items fixed. The cost was way cheaper than Amazon.

I paid a extra $9.95 to move the part within 2-3 days but it took 6 days. Too bad fix doesn't return the extra expense. Then we hired an appliance repairman who determined that it was the motor and not the part we bought. I also found out that the fix charged s double. I would not recommend them.

Parts work great and ordering was easy talked to someone there when payment wasn't going through he was very polite and did a great job helping me.

Only complaint is that I paid for 3 day shipping and didnt get it for 6 days. When I needed the parts
