1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. I regret using flexshopper. They make it so easy for you to get what you need but the hidden fees and high cost were unexpected. I paid much more than the original price and theiur customer service didnt seem too helpful when I had questions about my payments. It's better to save up and buy outright if you can

When I tyried to place an order, I encountered issues with verification that delayed the process. The customer service was not helpful and I felt misled. I won't be using their services again

I got tires on my car not filled out an application in which i had the correct account information on, the first payment they tried to charge an old account and continued to do so, so now I'm 400 in the hole and they won't take off autopay... I was scammed big time!

It's great for buying items when you don't have all the cash upfront and I was able to secure a decent spending limit. But the interest rates are high, and if you don't pay off in time, it really adds up. Overall great experience and had cheaper cash prices compared to the competition. But what makes this option very appealing is the online portion where you find ya item, submit the deets, then sign an agreement. Unfortunately, i was told that THAT feature no longer works since the top of the year and that's very disheartening. If that feature was revived, 5 stars 10-of-10.
Finally got an answer for the web portal version of Flexshopper and didn’t like the response but at least it was transparent.

Like the previous woman said weeks went buy with no update no emails I spent days and hours trying to get ahold of someone as they were charging me and I had never even received the product I gave them a lease number asked them to cancel it they canceled the complete other lease not the one I wanted!? I was very specific and the agent even gave me the info back to verify and it was correct then I had to wait again for my refund and then for it to process again in which I waited another week for them to tell me the item was out of stock I contacted the vendor myself and got it figured out on my own without their help but it was a huge hassle and process I am not waiting on a second refund due to that item being out of stock after this I am DONE with flexshopper they charge 3-4X the amount of the item if you pay full term of the lease. Customer service is almost obsolete I spoke with the same 2 agents for weeks leading me to believe there aren't very many of them. Good luck my advice is to stay away. They just told me to wait 24hrs over and over for weeks.

I know places like this are pricey. There's always a price to pay for getting something now and paying later, but this company will just take money when the want. If I make a payment with my card, they will immediately attempt to debit any other card or account on file for more money. The payment amounts changed from initial purchase and have tried to charge ridiculous fees. I thought I was cose to payoff and the amount still owed is like similar to when i started the payments for purchase.
I had surgery in December, so I didn't work as much, and thought I could use Flexshopper to purchase Christmas gifts and boy has it cost me!

I used them to get tires for my car. Was making payments on time because things were going good in my life. Got into a car accident, lost my car, lost my job, and I lost my apartment. Since that happened I'm currently staying with and alive to write this because of family helping me. I still have no transportation, it's just under a 6 hour walk one way to the nearest populated area to potentially get a minimum wage job if I'm lucky. Been putting in applications on indeed nearly everyday. Getting another car would open up many more job opportunities for me so I can actually pay towards debts and such that I have no way of paying right now. There's no public transportation where I'm at. Getting a car right now is my top priority. This company is a "kick em while they're down" type of business. If you can do business with another company, for the love of god do so. I'm fairly confident this business has ties with mafias from the way they threaten you. If it were legal for them to cause physical harm to you, I'm confident they would.
Please stay away from this company by all means. I have a suitcase of clothes and some personal hygiene items currently to my name, yet they're demanding a lump sum payment of over $2,000 within 30 days, otherwise they'll do everything in their power to destroy what little I have left to my existence. I have nothing to give right now, and I truly feel like they're trying to kill me off as legally as possible.
In my experience and opinion, this company values money over human life.

I was tricked my a mechanic to sign up for a flexshopper account. I had to pay weekly and was $200 shy off paying it off. I asked the customer service rep for a ONE day extension since my payday was on Friday. They said no and now I'm getting threatening emails saying I owe $1800. They keep blowing up my phone harassing me with random numbers. This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I lost my job a year ago due to a disability and tried to tell them that hoping they would send it to collections and i can deal with it when mu spine heals. They were very rude to me and to this day continues to harass me. This company is beyond predatory. They trap you into loans they know you can't pay. Adjust amounts as they see fit. Call you daily from scammer numbers. And are just all together the worst greedy company ever. Heed my warning do not use this company.

This company advertise 90 days same as cash. They take out less than the amount to pay off the item. After the 90 days they charge a 65 % interest rate on the original amount of the loan. They never contact you to tell you that you will be charged it that your short on the final pay off. For a $1400 purchase I have to pay an additional $2600. This is unacceptable lending practice and they should be placed in jail. They advertise in places like pawnshops and predatory lending is how they are in business.

This is the worst company ever I purchased an item and I was charged 1495 by the time flexshopper got my account the item ended up be 1673.54 and then they say their is nothing that they can do I paid taxes on the item at the store then flex shopper turns around and charges me taxes again on top of that the customer service is horrible please do not use them at all if you see them please run far away..

When they started you could buy an item at market price, you had 90 days to pay it off before you went on a pay double journey. Now their prices are way over market value (like finger hut) and then you pay double of the inflated price. They are a bad option even if your in a bind an unable to finance elsewhere. Theu are gready and should be avoided. Find another way to get what you want/need. And yes they often mess up payments and WILL NOT REVERSE FEES. This company went from a helpful tool to complete trash.
