on 12/13/16Hi Che,
Thanks for taking the time to write to us. FlightHub is an online travel agency and we partner with hundreds of airlines to try to offer the best fares to our travellers. However, because we are a third party agency, we do not always have the same flexibility as airlines to resolve certain types of issues. Despite this, we work very hard to help our travelers and, although there might be longer delays, we try our best to resolve all situations efficiently.
If you have any questions or concerns, we invite you to contact us directly at social@flighthub.com and we will be happy to help you.
Kind wishes,
FlightHub Team
Don't book with them, you'll spend hours on the phone speaking to someone who does not speak English, their deals are always gone by the time you go online to book them and if they change a date on you - oh well. You have to pay a penalty for their mistake.
Stay as far away as possible! There's a reason for all the negative reviews! They are a fraud company
Flighhub and it's employees have no qualms about lying through their teeth. They swindle whoever they can. Only reason I booked through them was I had to rush to India by purchasing a last minute ticket to attend my mother's funeral. And it's been more than 3 weeks now that I'm being given the run around for my refund.
Dont book with Flighthub. They are giving my daughter the Royal run around to cancel or change her ticket even with the flight insurance she purchased for $80 extra. The trip was to Bali and obviously, with the volcano and the airport being closed, she can no longer go. She has spoken with three difference agents, none of which can speak English properly. They refuse to refund her ticket.
Don't book with Flighthub. If you want to be assured of your flight not being messed up, book directly with airlines. Flight hub is a joke! Horrible service
Totally agree... stay away from FlightHub unless you have an endless supply of Xanax.
Do not book them at all especially if there is the slightest chance you may need to change your ticket! I am out 4000 and had to spend another 4000 on tickets with an actual airline because they "don't have tickets for us" and refuse to refund. If and when we decide to use the "credit" in the next year I will update on how that goes. Otherwise go directly to an airline. No hidden fees. We had to spend 300 to cancel tickets and will have to pay 400 when we choose to rebook. Scam scam scam
