Post receiving the product I opened the packet and found that product was damaged.
I approached Flipkart customer service immediately and asked them to raise a refund request. CS staff assured that vendor will collect this product shortly.
Next day vendor came to my place and refused to collect the product as mirror was shattered badly so he said that we do not require this mirror however assured that refund will be credited to my account. After sometime I received one sms from Flipkart that refund request has benn declined due to product mis match.
Same day I spoke to CS representative once again and asked them to clarify the refund request rejection reason but they said that request was closed mistakenly and raised a fresh request. Flipkart team has rejected my 5 refund request as of now and unable to confirm the exact reason.
I marked a mail to Flipkart CEO as well but one lady assured that refund will be credited to my account by 21 Feb 2023 but no refund credited.
