Hello I just wanted to let you know there was a beauty dress I really wanted to purchase but the reviews aren't good at all.
Have you changed quality or manufacturer?
I have purchased previously 2 dresses from another store with no resolution and now I don't think with all the bad reviews I will purchase from this store either.
The clothes are lovely but you really should take in the reviews seriously and action it because people don't want to have to return dresses and pay extra.
Please change your quality because it would be a shame that your business stops operating because of poor quality.

If you still have interest in the dress you like, you can place the order. As we have different suppliers, the size chart differs in dresses. Please refer to the size chart for each dress before ordering. If you have after sale issues, please contact our customer service at service@floryday.com in 14 days from the day you receive the order, and they'll do their best to help you solve the problem.
