I bought a dress from floryday a few months ago .. no problems .. I can't find my password so I can't buy anything wat do I do ??

We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not save our customers' passwords for security purposes.

However, we do offer a method for customers who forget their passwords. Please refer to the below steps.

Simply click "Sign in" at our website and then click "Forgot your password?" button below the password column.

Enter the e-mail address associated with your floryday.com account, then click Send. We'll email you a link to a page where you can easily create a new password.
