I ordered 2 products on the 14 July and even though the cost has been debited to my credit card I did not recieve any emails confirming reciept why?

We are sorry to hear that you didn't receive our confirmation email.

Normally the system will send the confirmation email to your email address. It is probable that our confirmation email was blocked as spam. Would you please check your spam box first?

Or you may also send us emails to our feedback@floryday.com with the title "" sitejabber+ your order number + your concerns"". Our Customer Service Team will check it for you promptly.
