I received my order and none of the items fit, but I am not able to find a way to return them. The site says merchandise needs to be returned within 14 days, but gives no return instructions. It gives an email for service, which I sent, but I have not gotten a response. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question. Suppose there's a misunderstanding. 14 days means customers need to contact our service team in 14 days from the day they receive the parcel if there's any problem with the order, not to returning the order in 14 days.
