Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping fees). Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Floryday cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Floryday.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

So far I am encountering difficulty in seeing my items back. I have contacted them 3 times to ask for a return form and address. All i get is I will get a response in 24hours, which does not happen. Was also told there was a problem with their system by a lady on the online chat. So I have to send all my details again. My package came form a lady called Rachel Zhou Unit 16 Denbigh Hall Milton Keynes MK3 7QT. The telephone number with this isn't not ringing and says it doesn't exist. I wish I had paid by PayPal who are super quick at sorting problems out.

"Hassle-free returns" is a lie. I expect a lot of the positive reviews here are from people with a connection to the site (1 off reviews are usually a good indication.) so keep in mind the sizes will likely be off for most Europeans. (Or more likely for all non-Chinese.)
For anyone looking to buy cheap direct from China items, including clothing, you're better off using Ali Express as they'll give you return address without the never ending run-around experienced by those who tried returning items to this site..
