Yes I've tried numerous times by e-mail concerning an order that I placed nearly one month ago, but as yet I've received no answer despite my credited card being debited. Please advise on what I can now do?

Hi Kim,

Thank you for your feedback. Normally the confirmation email and the shipment notice will be sent to the email address you used to place the order after the order is confirmed. Would you please check it again or have a check with your spam box or junk folder?
