we paid for ticket got authorisation message from our bank and received email that the payment did not go through.??

Hi Tota,
Thanks for your message but i couldnt identify any order connected to Tota, this is the only information you gave us. Being so, i suggest you to email me at clovis@footballticketnet.com with your name and/or email address used to place the order (in case you will not have the order id itself) and i will try again. Without checking the order there is nothing i can do to assist you, sorry.
