I received my order of 4 dresses today. All are the same size I've ordered before. 3 of them won't even come close to closing over and 1 is way too big. I am trying to get the info to return them. How do I get that information????

I love a dress on the Sears.com website that says it comes in women's sizes medium, large and extra large. To me, extra large equates to at least a size 14-16 and yet the size chart says it only goes to size 12... is it available in sizes 14 and 16? It is described as DESIGNER MODEST MOTHER OF BRIDE/GROOM 3/4 LENGTH SLEEVE EVENING GOWN AVAILABLE IN BURGUNDY, EMERALD GREEN, CORAL etc.
