Hi, I understand the 33.33%, increasing to 40% if it goes to trial or arbitration. What are the potential fees above these?

Hi Cameron, there may be potential fees associated with the expenses required to handle the case. These costs may include filing fees, court fees, investigation service fees, printing fees, etc... The attorney advances these fees on behalf of the client during the process. If a settlement or verdict is obtained, the attorney retrieves the expenses prior to their fee. If no settlement or verdict is obtained, the client does not have to pay for these expenses.
