I hired Morgan and Morgan as my attorney to represent me on Ozempic mass tort claim. Terrible law firm. They do not care about their clients. The lawyer I had lied to me about my case. Did not fight for me. Bullied me into settling when I did not want to. She also refused to allow me to see recommended surgeons I needed to see for proper medical care. I am disabled for life and left in severe pain. My lawyer did not care at all. She even was joking with the opposing lawyer and having fun with him during each meeting. This law firm also screwed over my brother. If you value youself, go elsewhere for representation.
Morgan and Morgan Prey on Slip and fall victims
This is based on my experience and opinions of Morgan and Morgan.
Morgan and Morgan use the perfect bait and switch for a quick payday.
They prey on slip and fall victims.
You sign the contract, and they will drop your case within a year, Guess what they do? They keep their lien on your case.
Their harmful tactics, pressure, and unethical practices caused my 70-year-old mom to have an attack and go to the emergency room.
The attorney or case manager made and accepted a settlement offer without discussing this with my mom.
Today, Morgan & Morgan quit because what they did is illegal. This is legal malpractice, and I told my mom not to sign the documents.

User's recommendation: Don't get sucked in by Morgan & Morgan's false advertisement. They are not for the people, it's all about the money. I'll share the emails.

I was comfortable talking with the lady who I consulted with. (Wish I remembered her name.) I am hoping to resolve this matter as smoothly as possible with your guy's help. Thank you and hopefully something good can come out of this situation and ensure this won't happen to anyone else. I was in tears over this situation and thankfully my 4 year old daughter was not there this night as it may have been much worse.
My girlfriend called and they took my case and are already getting things started. They care about you as a person and also want to get you everything you deserve. They have Great Fast and Caring services. I would most definitely recommend before any other lawyers office. My medical Information was stolen due to a hack and I wanted to speak with someone about taking legal action. I called twice and was hung up on both times. I was very respectful and went above and beyond to provide as much information as I could. I asked the lawyer if she would like me to send a copy of the letter I received and she hung up.

I was involved in an accident on 10/3/2023 the guy who hit me ran a red light unfortunately in my state the police only do a report if someone was hurt at the time I didn't feel anything until the next day. Morgan & Morgan took my case on 10/12/2023 case was going well at first once I heard my case was going ligation because the guy had 100K policy that's when the problems started. My case manager was off the case and kept giving me new people. The communication stopped for over a month I called several times emailed them and nothing until today 1/4/2024 I called in the morning trying to figure out what the hell is going on with this case. I got off the phone emailed the legal assistant and about an hr later out a phone call says they won't be taking my case. A big waste of time. No im trying to figure out what I need to do I been paying rental car fee's since Nov 2. I will never recommend anyone to go to this terrible company. They never even gave me an explanation on why they didn't want to take the case.

We were hit by a hot and run driver, got it on video and the guys license plate. The guy driving was not the registered owner, the guy driving didn't have insurance but the registered owner did. For some reason they didn't want to go after the registered owner even though he was liable! Do not recommend

It was a lengthy process Benin, my case manager, and the rest of the team was awesome on keeping me updated in every step of this process! I was pumping gas when the nozzle detached from the hose and doused my body head to toe in gasoline. The GM of the Dunkin' Doughnuts did an emergency shut off for the pumps when I went to the drive thru window telling her what happened. She saw gas going everywhere and quickly responded. They got me wet towels. After leaving the station, my skin began to burn and all I could smell was gas fumes when I took a breath.

You don't do anything good for anyone I would not recommend ur agency to my dog little lone a human I went to you and after three days you called transferred my case to another agency and I've never been contacted by you nor the other agency your nothing never use you nor tell anyone about you

This law firm is completely horrible my wife case has been through three different lawyers in this firm and still they keep telling her that they are waiting for a response from the insurance adjuster it's been six months since her accident and no one ever calls her she has done all of the calling and still no progress, I had better results with my accident case without a lawyer.

Due to Pandemic and seating a jury plus, not knowing when we could seat a jury we agreed to settle the complaint. Reimbursement was pennies compared to the reported accident and problem. Responsible party in reality walked away with unclean hands.
My attorney Jerred Martin and his assistant Amber Gould did a fabulous job worked hard and in no way could he control the pandemic or any influence seating a jury. Will certainly use his office for any of my legal needs.
